Factoring is a financial service whereby a company may sell an outstanding invoice to trusted buyers at a fee
to a financial institution (a factor). It is not a loan but a sale of an asset (the pending invoice).

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
a. Have an established relationship with a corporate or government buyer with at least five (5) previous invoices paid in full
b. Have pending invoices yet to be paid by the buyer listed above
c. Have a signed contract against which goods or services have been delivered
